 Re: Mo' Buta
What are all those other colorful things in the background? I didn't realize that people made toys taller than 5&1/2 inches tall.

 Re: Mo' Buta
^^^ oh low blow! David's snow photos ALWAYS makes me smile! At the same time, it's a little bit like watching a horror show! ... you mean... you actual discombobulate and put them out in the snow???? ... and and... you actual PLAY with them?!?!?!??! Oh HORRORS!!!! My captives are always kept in a hermetically sealed biosphere, safe from harm, safe from prying hands, and safe from.... PLAY! ...well, ok, sometimes I do sneak them out and play with them And Chris, your setup makes me think of Mr. Flynn's dreams! He once told me he had the same recurring dream that he's running around in a toy store in Japan, stuffed and crammed with vintage, and just when he's collected an overflowing armful of his very very very favorite vintage (for 1970's prices--c+h+e+a+p!), and racing to the cash register... POOF!!!! He awakens!

 Re: Mo' Buta
I've actually had similar dreams, that I was somehow transported back to my childhood (only armed with knowledge of what would be todays rarities) and somehow local US stores (in NJ) carried Bullmark etc. Silly dream! Anyhow my collection/set up is tiny, Flynn's is the real deal modern day dream

This is definitely one my favorite pictures on the forum! It's got me inspired to take some new toy pics. I can't wait to move in a few days so I can get my toys out.

Well, I've always considered it more artful gardening than animal husbandry, but sure - I can pass on the ways of the Michigan method. Just send a couple of delegates my way and I'll teach them everything I know!

 Re: Mo' Buta
Well I have many years of loving to catch up, but that's fine, I have plenty to give. Is there any better place for this delightful plant monster than outdoors? I'll have to enlist his help clearing away snow to find the forest floor.

 Re: Mo' Buta
Aw, no need for tears Grace. Turn that frown upside down. Your family will be growing larger soon too, then we can all have a Buta dance party. And we will always be second-tier and envy-struck when it comes to David's ever burgeoning wealth of these bitty fellas.
