Nice one James, congrats! The menko sets are really nice too, I would have loved those. Did anyone start receiving the minis? I wonder if the menko included there were in addition to these two sets.

We all got a set. I really like the posters, so it was a no brained for me.

Hoping to grab a poster after the next toy sale ends and the people who picked up a poster just to get entered chuck em online, wasn't a fan of the menko cards and i dont really wear badges so didnt want to pick up the set myself. the poster though was a thing of beauty

What!?! The menko cards are great! Artwork in the front and the back, had to get both sets (please the headers are very cool). And pins are fun to collect even if you aren't going to necessarily wear them. I have quite a few toy related ones already.

I missed the poster like a total dumbass, thought the application was open until the 5th. That's alright, my minis more than console me . The cards are outstanding too. Just one card per set of minis, not two as previously speculated.

Definitely will pick a poster up down the road, there should be plenty sloshing around. It's the best poster to date I think.

They were cool, but for me its something i'd struggle to know what quite to do with, not something i think necessarily suits being framed so they'd just end up in a draw for me to pull out once in a blue moon, the artwork is great but i personally prefer it on a larger scale, the print is right up my street, hopefully i can have the trio framed next to each at some point.

It felt good to receive an email from hxs, even if it wasn't for a winning lottery. Atleast they acknowledge my existence. both sets of hope for me. Poster is def getting framed.

Ordered mine fairly early , but I thought it was a open run until March 5th as well. But I guess there had to be a limited number of them available...?

The poster was not an open unlimited run. It hints it is limited in Japanese saying it will give customers first consideration for those that purchase both menko sets than those just going for the regular set of getting 1 menko.

I am definitively, never, never on Hirota's short list for the lotteries. Even though I asked for both Menko sets...

It is kind of odd, since for the last few lotteries now, he has asked people to specifically mention when they have not won previous ones. I guess the numbers entering are still so high, but I remain hopeful if we keep entering, your number should come up at some point. I believe he does want to get his stuff to as many appreciative folks as he can, but I still don't know how wary he is about international orders (since that is also something still being mentioned).

I've entered countless lotteries, this is the first time I've ever received an e-mail back from Hirota, was very surprised/happy when I checked my inbox. I originally opted for a single set of cards but sent in a request after I made the initial payment to ask if any B sets might have gone unclaimed; got confirmation and paid the difference. Looking forward to hanging up that poster once I relocate.

I guess someone didn't pay or he's getting US invoices out way late but I just got in. I love the whole set of these posters. The first will always be my favorite though.

Courtesy of a boardmember I just picked up the first poster, and it's even bigger than I thought! With the third one on it's way, just got to keep an eye out for the two-headed.

How do you enter the lottery for the Hirota Saigansho Gorilla Ju . I can't seem to find anything about how to enter. I know its a long shot but can anyone help me out . I am feeling not lucky but if I don't enter , I can't win. I'll lose all the time.
