I am usually a fan of painted toys, but I think this head sculpt is best unpainted for some reason. The photos of the dark blue unpainted version on Yoda-san's blog are my favorite. I think it is difficult to capture the genius of the Melies tribute with paint apps.

This is a wonderful opportunity. The minute I saw the first post announcing this new release I got out of bed and sent my order in. Great looking toy and paint.

I always get paranoid they are going to get too many orders and change it to a lotto (which has happened to me in the past) So I always send payment before they request it after the deadline. You can't miss out if you've already paid right.

I sent payment in after I submitted the order. I emailed them with the Paypal transaction number along with the confirmation I received back from them. I got an email this morning from them confirming my payment was received and the product will ship in March.

Interestingly enough, these are being made to us American retailers, so if anyone wishes to order from us instead of directly from Medicom, I'm down to help. Again, they require a 6 minimum order.

I went looking for the Yusei Majin Moon just now and found him for pre-order on Amazon, and NOT from a secondary seller, but from Amazon itself. (Which shocks me - I had no idea Amazon sold things like this.) It is $290 on Amazon. Was that about what you guys paid or much more?
