Glad to see more board members pick up the Bahnee. As aforementioned by myself, I was not a fan of this sculpt with the brown, tan and clear version. But these marbled and all black ones are just great. And the edition/surprise of eyes is pretty rad, too. I'm definitely fond of mine.

Post Re: The "What you just got in the Mail" Thread
...recently had my mind blown thanks to good people in the toy scene:

1) a one-off Cadaver Twin from Joe.

SO beautiful in hand. Subtle pinks really pop.

Image

2) AND a fellow Convict Town toy friend sent me out a surprise from his recent trip to Lobos Collectables in Melbourne.

MICLAS! (this one a Made in Taiwan, Popy version - got a Bullmark made in Japan one, and a made in China one too. Miclas army!!!)

Image

...i've said it before, and i'll say it again - the toy scene is the best scene i have EVER found. Ever.

I've been remiss not having a Gigan in my collection.
This one will make up for that grievous oversight . . . .

Yep, you would most definitely NOT want to run into him. Not if you like to keep your intestines inside, where they belong.

From Wikipedia:

A hidebehind is a nocturnal fearsome critter from American folklore that preys upon humans that wander the woods, and was credited for the disappearances of early colonial loggers when they failed to return to camp. As its name suggests, the hidebehind is noted for its ability to conceal itself. When an observer attempts to look directly at it, the creature hides again behind an object or the observer and therefore can't be directly seen: a feat it accomplishes by sucking in its stomach to a point where it is so slender that it can easily cover itself behind the trunk of any tree. The hidebehind uses this ability to stalk human prey without being observed and to attack without warning. Their victims, including lumberjacks who frequent the forests, are dragged back to the creature's lair to be devoured. The creature subsists chiefly upon the intestines of its victim, and has a severe aversion to alcohol, which is considered a sufficient repellent. Tales of the hidebehind may have helped explain strange noises in the forest at night. Early accounts describe hidebehinds as large, powerful animals, despite the fact that no one was able to see them.

Nice Bansheebot, enjoy! Mine just arrived today as well (will post pics in a bit) :D
Was pretty surprised Medicom stuck so close to the projected delivery date... I anticipated waiting another couple of weeks for this guy to show up.

^ That's one of Grody Shogun's Monsters, from the 3rd release; Baby Blu. Actually I'm not sure what release it's from...

Anyway, in case you don't know about them - for each release the colorway was consistent, but the parts used were randomly selected from 4 different bodies, 6 different arms, and 6 different heads. Fun stuff.

The head-style on Glenn's new pretty is usually called 'Golem.'

At quick look I also thought it was the Baby Blu. Was this a regular release or a chase I wonder?

Baby Blu had gid vinyl head and pink arms as seen here:
