I think your staring to have to many of these, maybe you should turn down your next opportunity to get another one.

Re: Mr. REE
Thought some of you might find this interesting... Randomly looking deep through the vintage section I found the thread from '07 that Paul had originally posted about Mr. Ree. Enjoy

^ Very cool. Read the Toybotstudios interview Bryce linked (page 1), but hadn't seen that OG thread before. Good find, thanks for the link. If it's not too much hassle, maybe it's worth merging the two threads for posterity. Only a thought... don't shoot me James!

Re: Mr. REE
I hadn't realized that Paul's family of Ree toys came from a vintage toy, beyond the general aesthetic. The entire line of Ree sculpts and accessories that are out now are just so damn fun. I can't wait to play with one.
Thanks for linking to that older thread!

Re: Mr. REE
I've seen worse price tags paid. But, if they've got the monies I can't say shit. Only negative I see is the incentive for flippers to know they can continue doing what they do.

Re: Mr. REE
Everything about it is negative. 1 Paul sees none of that money, 2 someone who really wanted 1 to keep missed out because of this guy, and 3 it only promotes and enforces toys will be flipped in the future.

Re: Mr. REE
I feel the pain when I see this happen. I also get a bit frustrated that others with deep pockets play along with this game.
On the funny side, it also begins to deter the gimme-gimme-now folk by putting the toys outside their range or at least for a lot of them.
Eventually the bubble will burst and those of us in it for the love of it can just wait and get one later. I would love to have all of PKs toys, but I have learned that it is a better option to wait and usually a cool brainer helps out or one pops up for a decent price.
at the end of the day, Its a wonderful toy and its getting all the attention it deserves in all the ways a cool thing like this should.
we're just gonna have to keep on waiting.

Good call. I didn't even open my mind up to think outside of just the eBay aspect. Thinking in detail hasn't exactly been one of my strong suits.

Re: Mr. REE
The Mushroom Ree is really nice. It reminds me of the never produced "Fungus" Exohead suit. Are any of the parts for these compatible with the Exohead ManMachines?

Re: Mr. REE
Technically... But you have to shove the arm attachment on and the mask is really loose

Re: Mr. REE
The arm attachment looks cool. Not surprised it's tight. I have to heat up a couple of the attachments to get them on my MM's

Thanks for asking haha, I thought about it before but never tried. More pics in the Friday mashup thread so I don't clog this one too much: http://skullbrain.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=28795&start=550

Looks like Fungus Boxer entered a new weight class Nice shots Kev. The colors work especially well with that fungal mash-up.

I don't know how to copy and paste images from instagram but the usagi ree kicks ass on multiple levels. Looks like thrashout colorways so if anyone comes across one please let me know. I collect the pk thrashout stuff.
