If you have Amazon Prime, you can watch Welcome to the Space Show free of charge.

It's called Hikone Carom (彦根 カロム) and is the Japanese version of the Indian game with some differences. The jack (the disk with orange and blue rings) should be in the center. Two or four can play. Use the strikers (single color rings) to shoot your corresponding colored disks into the pockets from the blue line flicking them with your fingers. First one to pocket all their disks and the jack wins. It's kind of a cross between crokinole (ask our Canadian members about that game) and billiards. It is a lot of fun with simple rules so even little kids can play.
