Looks like he is named Tomatoman and is from a '92 anime that translates to something like "Salad 10 Warrior Tomatoman" and has also been called "Tomatoman and the Knights of the Salad Table" in English. Evidently he can fly by spinning his stem? Here's a link to the opening of the anime, he seems fun.

They are made by Sega/Bandai it seems. Theres a couple other characters in the set: banana man, princess peach(ha), some kind of potato dude, and a carrot man. Super cute and eager to find the rest!

Congratulations on completing the set finally Oli! I am sure no one could be more appreciative of it than you, and I am certainly very happy for you. What a lovely looking rainbow family all together like that. A well-deserved pay off for all that hunting. That Bearmodel Gezora is no slouch either, I just love that figure. So much texture for a mini, and just excecuted wonderfully.

Thanks. I'm in love with this set! They were advertised in Hyper Hobby last year (long wait time before actual release!). They also made a smaller version of the mole. The rabbit and bear are about 14cm tall and are adorable! Awesome header cards on these also!
