By the way things are going you should have it in time for the holidays.

The new gogas are nicely executed.

I've never owned a Dako before but it looks like the lower body could go either way. Came the other way around but I like it the way it's pictured above. Well it's more stable standing wise at least. So the opposite is the correct way? Wish I could have gotten the bigger standard version. So beautiful.
What is the name of the smaller figure?
EDIT: Actually I flipped it and it's just as stable and looks good. Lol either way as it's an octopus I guess!

in animation on youtube, dako's tentacles / legs rotate, I believe that the toy can be placed either way and the colors are always ... even with large figures

The new Dako trio are great!
Just finished a long overdue shelf rearrange...

Holy cripes!!!

Love how symmetrical it is.

Beautiful Ian! Nice arrangement and stellar lineup.

Outstanding collection of Glutamine's and Gorilla's Ian. You just need to find that green gorilla!

Zoromederu small. I've always called them mini dancer's.

And the flow of colors from left to right!

Thanks!
I was going for a symmetrical colour spectrum shelf, but there are a few random spanners in the works – guess I can live with that!
Still hoping that green Gorilla will pop up one day Ben...
How about a stellar lineup photo from you too Mr MB?

Well you certainly inspire me as always with your pics Ian, and honestly your pics and Geo's are two of the main the reasons I am a complete and utter drooling Anraku addict now.
I will get some pics of my mini collection and some rarer odds and ends posted, hopefully today. Working on a color spectrum shift display myself, but waiting for a few more of the preorders to trickle in first.

mmmmm....you need my help! for a a precise symmetry you have to free you of one mescalgon.
send one to me that I settle on one of my shelves

you should swap the two blue ones on the left in order to be almost perfectly symmetrical...

Could be sooner then you think. A lot of stuff has started to pop out of nowhere.
Thought I'd add to the thread and share a better picture of my Dako.
Was happy to see the new red version's cast pretty thick too.

^^^Beautiful! The new pink ones are nice, but those pink OG's can't be beat. Every one is so distinctive and constitutes a one-off IMHO.
The red on the pink preorders is less overwhelming than in some of the early pics, which makes me happy.
I will try and get a a decent side by side shot of new and old pinks.
Wed Jan 06, 2016 12:31 pm
You can put those Mescalgon photos back, Ben, I for one didn't mind.
Wed Jan 06, 2016 12:38 pm
Yeah! Where'd they go?
Good detail shots!
That "oxidant" rub style he did last year really grew on me.
Some of those one-offs in that style sat around on YJ and Mandarake for a long time. High prices of course, but if I had known it might be the last time Anraku painted toys I would have tried harder to get my hands on one of those crazy drill-headed Mescalgons.

What was the deal with the Mescalgon with the drill on its head? Was that a one off or a test run?
