i found this japanese toy site and in the banner they have an awesome looking toy, but i don't know who/what it is?

i'm talking about the guy screaming with no pupils and no shirt.

It's a story image figure by Yamato of a manga/anime known as Ping Pong Club or Go! Ina Junior High Ping Pong Club.

Hey Moongirl. If still intrested try logging on to www.yamatotoysusa.com & scrolling down. Don't know where YOU are located, but they are selling these figures in the States. Preorder deadline is Feb. 17th. Do not panic.
