株)ブルマァク 価格:各7,700円(税込) 受注期間:2021年7月25日 締め切り 2021年8月中旬 商品発送予定 Not sure if anyone has seen this. That Neronga is nice, but the Ace-killer is indeed a killer. This is the first time for Bullmark to make an Ace-killer in standard size, and imo the new sculpt is even better than the Marmit one. And I can't help thinking if there might be more new sculpts soon after.
Definitely nice to have another option for a standard size Ace Killer, since the Marmit ones are almost unobtainable now. Looks really good.
Yeah, the price of Marmit line is really crazy these days, and the Marmit Ace Killer is a bit too realistic to me. This one is perfect.
Anyone spotted the colour-changing vinyl on the recent Godzilla and Biollante? Seems to go from almost blue55 to bright yellow with heat. Neat stuff.
Yes, I watched a couple of videos on this UV color-changing vinyl from Marusan. I think it's a fun idea to add something new. It reminds me of running around as a kid with UV-changing Zartan from GI Joe. Has anybody picked up the new BioGoji sculpt? I have not yet, but I have seen a couple of the translucent variants with nice sprays that looked neat. Also, I really like the new Neronga reissue from Bullmark. That small photo above is not the best as the toy looks to have excellent colors and silver sprays. https://www.hashimoto-gangu.com/product/bullmark/27935/
Beautiful Neronga! I really need to figure out if it's possible to buy from Hashimoto. They're picking up the best exclusives from Max Toy as well, including a jumbo-coloured Mazinger which I think is the best release to date. For anyone wondering, here are the heat-reactive guys I was talking about. Sorry for being lazy earlier.
@zindabad FYI, I've had success buying from Hashimoto via 'FromJapan', which is a proxy I've had good to great experiences with. If I remember right, trying to order from Hash. was denied by ZenMarket and Buyee (of course), but FJ came through. Hope that helps a bit.
For some reason, the 2008 reissue of Stegon is still up at Hobbysearch for a low price, if anyone wants it: https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10100284
Two years of hunting, not very long in the grand scheme of things, but I expect that my sofubi completist itch will be satisfied for a few minutes.
https://hakabanogarou.jp/archives/27216 I am super glad to see Sabotendar reprinted, cause I don't have one yet and the after market price became higher and higher lately.
Just giving everyone a heads-up that Marusan will be at Five Points Fest in Brooklyn on June 25-26. Eiji Kaminaga and Asaka Kubo will be there will be a plethora of toys for sale.
Migrating a discussion that @tobor2099 and I were having on Instagram. Does anyone have any reissues from Bullmark that have a base color that is painted over the vinyl? I ask because I have a green Micras with some weird properties. According to the Ultrakaijyu page, it was sold in 2014. I bought it loose off of YJA without the bag or header card. The paint on the face is a little screwed up, partially due to how it was painted at the factory, partially due to some rubs, which probably accounts for why I was able to get it cheap. Underneath the paint you can see that there is flesh vinyl: On the edges of the feet you can see the flesh vinyl: You can also see flesh vinyl at the joints (for those of you who are concerned about exploitation, I obtained consent from Micras to get this shot): @tobor2099 has a similar one, he will be posting photos. I know that there are some M1GO vinyls that use a different color vinyl than the base color, but those are cases where they sold a reissue that was the same color as a vintage figure (Hedorah, Megalon, Gabara, etc.). Most of my Bullmark reissues are B-Club/Popy era, before the formation of the new Bullmark company, but all of the figures I have rely on the base color of the vinyl for the figure's base color. Does anyone have modern Bullmark reissues like this? (@Fedhai, I know you have one of these, @tobor2099 and I are wondering if yours is the same.)
Some context from Kaminaga-san from Marusan. I would like to see some more examples of modern Bullmark reissues painted this way.
Besides, I think about it, I also have a recent Goro Bullmark with a vinyl flesh base. With oddly blue painted feet : http://skullbrain.org/bb/index.php?threads/foot-fetish.51902/page-2#post-928922
Wow, that Goro is strange. Maybe they did the blue feet to make it look like the paint-your-own figure?
Apparently they did it on other versions as well : https://order.mandarake.co.jp/order...goryCode=200104&keyword=goro bullmark&lang=en
Interesting. Is this the same one? https://order.mandarake.co.jp/order/detailPage/item?itemCode=1095095221
