So, about a meet up ? Baby as 3 weeks, i'm going back to work, so i'll be able to get a few hour of ME time
Hey guys, anyone got a good place to get display stands (transparent risers) in Canada? I've looked into suppliers in the USA but it's just not worth it shipping wise. I did find a guy that sells ultrapro acrylic boxes for like a buck a piece (the boxes are usually for storing cards). You can use both pieces of the box as two separate stands, just trying to figure out if that is my best option for the amount i want.
C'est le Festival BD de Mtl ce weekend au parc Lafontaine http://www.fbdm-montreal.ca I don't know if we'll attend on saturday or sunday just yet ..
C'est a coté de la maison ça, on peut s'y retrouver dimanche si ça vous tente. Ou aller manger un truc apres, il y a un truc qui à ouvert pas loin "L'Gros Luxe" apparement c'est pas pire et pas cher.
Planning a trip with the family to Montreal and Quebec City this July. Obviously going to be doing a little of the tourist thing since we have never been there. However, I am wondering about recommendations. Restaurants, Galleries, Odd things we should see. You can send it in a PM if you're even inclined to offer. Appreciate it. Oh, I'm not really interested in any toy stores, etc. so no need. Unless you feel we absolutely must go there. Otherwise, what the hell is the interweb for anyway. Merci
That depends, how "odd" do you want to go? Toy shops in Montreal? Surely you jest! In all seriousness though, pretty much everything is good. The museums and different parts of the city are always nice to check out, but as I have said in recommendations before, if you can, check out the extensive festivals taking place throughout the summer, and try to align your visit with one that appeals to you. You really can't go wrong. Also, bank a lot of extra time for terrasses.
I guess there are not that many things to do but rather much to enjoy . When are you planning to grace us with your presence
Hey guys, I'm also going for a little trip to Toronto from June 23rd to 26th, do you have anything to recommend there? Places to visit, to eat, to shop..?
hey moshi, for affordable eats, if you're in China town/Kensington Market: ka chi - 8 St Andrew St. Kensington Market/Chinatown and Dumpling House - 328 Spadina Ave. for a snack : Patty King - 187 Baldwin St. free gallery by the waterfront, The Power Plant - 231 Queens Quay W the Royal Ontario Museum on free nights and the Distillery district..
We don't carry it right now, but I'll let you know if it comes in the shop John. That being said, there are plenty of other better selections available too, if rye is your thing.
Whhaaaaaaat? You work somewhere that surrounds you with liquid happiness all day To be honest, a buddy of mine broke a bottle of it out and poured me a glass. I was very surprised at its smooth nature, ease down the gullet and that wonderful caramel aftertaste. I found it to be quite a wonderful lil' sipper. But please, educate me (not at all sarcastic either buddy). I am open to your suggestions sir. Maybe in PM form tho
