So fuck you goes out to my ex who comes home as I'm packing every 2 days to basically scream at me. Mind you I want out of here ASAP but the earliest I can be extracted (yes I feel like i'm on a space station by myself but systems are failing and I'm doomed to crash into the planet if I don't get rescued soon) is Saturday. Also mind you she originally gave me till Oct 1st (as of Sept 1st) but rescinded this and tells me to get out daily in a very threatening manner. I've even went to the local police who informed me unless she serves me eviction notice I have every right to be here until I'm done packing and can go and even if notice is served I have 30 days. I've packed my half of the house by myself, even putting it all in the garage to be out of her way, got the moving truck on standby for Saturday but I have a lot of stuff and someone needs to drive my car back. I can't wave a wand and have me , my stuff in a moving truck and my car suddenly disappear. Saturday is the earliest I could make this happen with my relatives. I've been nothing but reasonable, continuing to cut the grass, clean up behind myself, taking out the garbage to the curb- but almost daily have to deal with her unstable behavior. Her new thing is to come home and accuse me of going through her things, stealing insurance documents, and even going so far to have her Dad text me about it. It's absolutely ridculous. Like I have the time or even care about her things. I have enough of my own stuff to worry about and could care less about her stuff. I'm even stacking her mail for her in a nice neat pile. In fact many of the things she accuses me of like stealing documents she's done to me. For instance she would often take stuff like my ss card, passport, birth certificate out of my desk when I wasn't home in school and put them into a safe only she has access to. I got most of them back but my car title was not one of them I had to get a duplicate from the state which cost me $20. She accuses me of cheating which I never have, yet she's the one at bars every night and my friends have sent me screenshots of her with a bunch of guys on her Facebook.

She is forgetful- and will leave and forget to close her bedroom door and then come back and say "It's open so you must have been in there going through my stuff!" This is coming from a girl who would routinely leave her cars keys hooked to a fence overnight when gardening because she just forgets. I am convinced its her pain meds causing her erratic behavior because shes played the victim for just about every person she associates with the past two years. It's always me, her neighbor, her boss, her coworker. This as she goes through job after job, relationship after relationship. It's always what everyone else is doing to her- never how insane she is acting. I've tried for a long time to tell her to get help, get off the meds, but unless you are a person enabling her madness you are against her and met with her wrath. The police have already taken her guns away upon her numerous calls claiming my jerk neighbors were looking at her and breaking down in front of them over an over. They deemed her unstable. Neighbors do suck but she could never let it go and just ignore with her it's always fighting the world and will stop at nothing to win. Turn the cheek, ignore, or just live your own life are all words she doesn't seem to understand.

I cannot wait to leave this dreadful place and never look back. This nightmare has opened my eyes to how wonderful people can be overcome by addictive pain meds and completely change. It's very painful to see someone you care about become this crazy person you no longer recognize, especially after 10 years but if they don't want to help themselves and only will surround themselves with people who enable this behavior then there is only one choice- completely severe all ties with this person.

 

@Lixx I am so damn sorry. I don't really even know what to say, because I don't think anything I can say will make anything better. Just know that you don't deserve this kind of treatment... and fuck these "legal" drugs for making addicts out of people.

What is going on recently? In just as many months we have had SxS (no surprise there really), SlaveXone, and now these two guys (or is it just one?).. Sure there are always people flipping things but it's different when its done by people actively involved in the industry..

 

I haven't been on IG lately so I only heard about the flipping here.
But yeah, it really is odd. I don't understand why a toy artist would disrespect another toy artist like this, especially when they're in the best position to understand the hard work that goes into making these toys. Just boggles my mind.

 

I don't want to make it public, I posted this hastily instead of just contacting them directly like I should have. I've talked to them at length about it and they are doing whatever they can to make the situation right. It's not an excuse for their actions, but I don't want to drag them through the mud here.

 

It's not Ok. I just prefer to to have it out with them 1-on-1 privately, and not involve the whole forum in it, things have already been heated enough around here with Adam, and it being flipper season with people trying to make money for Dcon, NYCC, and Hyperstoic.

 

With zero interest in anything being touted this shit cracks me up, and I look forward to similar shenanigans and asshattery after NYCC/DCon/Hyperstoic Returns to warm my cockles over Fall!
