Keep in mind that most of the "black" riots stemmed from serious injustices presented upon them. Most, if not all of the "white" riots have been due to sporting event outcomes... Hmmmmm
People of color aren't the only ones who riot in this country. They just seem to be the only ones that riot over legitimate reasons...

To be clear, I don't condone rioting by any "racial" group

Barring the troll submissions, can anyone who selected the racist, misogynistic, lying, violence-endorsing piece of shit excuse for a human being raise their hand? Don't be shy -- You're part of making our lovely country great again, and you should be proud of that.

I think the average SB'er is smarter than much of America, if not more worldly as well, and there for wouldn't vote for someone who represents a closed society of us vs them.

It is interesting to me to see his followers think of him as a tough guy. I think he is a wimp and a coward. He speaks ill of everyone but when names come his way he resorts to suing or asking his followers to protect him with violence. Who would want a leader that could and would dish it out but couldn't swallow the smallest spoonful?

There is one recent clip where he's doing his "Throw 'em out.." and then says "USA USA" like he really doesn't give a f@$% at all but the crowd chants away like it's the best three letters in "orgasm". It's gross to me because he doesn't care. He doesn't care but somehow people think that's the leader for them.

This reminds me me of when Carter lost to Reagan. Carter was saying we had to be better people and get out of the middle east or we'd face more problems down the road. Reagan said we had a right to our way of life and we could be where ever we wanted to be. The bully won. Larger problems followed.

To be honest, one of my favorite places to travel to is Mexico. Further, I told my wife that this is where I'm headed if Trump wins. So I just may vote for Trump just so I can move to Cabo for at least the next four years. I know, I know, I'm selfish. But if you haven't ever had the opportunity to sit on a white sand beach, no one around you, not a single thing in the ocean to hinder your view, a bucket of beers...

    don't judge me

Haha, I hear you, John! Mexico kicks ass. My dad took me to Puerto Vallarta when I was about 12 or 13*. I loved everything about it, and he had at one time planned on moving us there. That obviously never happened but I sometimes wonder what my life would be like had we.

*This is probably the reason I have a wicked case of brown girl fever to this day.

    ^^^^^

    Fine by me!

As I said before, upon my arrival on the other side I will happily help build that wall and never look back. San Jose del Cabo's art fair begins late October, so it will be a good time to be there. Great food, good beer, tequila, crystal clear water, beautiful people... fuck it, I'm leaving now

As much as I don't like the idea of having his face (or even something remotely resembling it) in my crib, I would LOVE to have one of these for its cultural significance / lol factor. I'm definitely interested! What's the going rate on those things?

I imagine his followers/supporters must have something in common with him so that they can identify and appreciate the type of person he is. Which in turn makes me think very little of anyone who sides with him in any possible way. So far I haven't spoken to a single Trump supporter who isn't simply mean. In my personal experience they choose to attack and offend purposely rather then discuss anything at all. The only group of people I can see sharing those traits are the serious bible thumpers who honestly believe if you don't share their views you deserve to burn in hell.

I am a little disappointed in myself honestly for not being able to overcome my own bias and realize that just because someone likes Trump that doesn't inherently make them evil or stupid. At this point I haven't been able to come to terms with that and I still feel that it's the Trump people who ruin this country for everyone else.

If racists are coming out of the woodwork to openly support the candidate you support, that probably says something about you.

If the candidate you support speaks at a 4th grade reading level, that probably says something about your own intelligence.

I've only come across two people (both online) that support Trump. One is generally a happy and gregarious guy - the other is not. What they both have in common is an alarming lack of intelligence coupled with the idea that they are the smartest person in the room - and they love to argue, despite not being able to put together a logical argument to save their lives.

i'm looking forward to other countries denying Americans political asylum when Trump gets elected, the same way people get upset about Muslim refugees seeking asylum in Europe and other places.

I have one honest question that I've been dying to know the answer to.

When Trump says "Make America Great Again" which time period is he referring to?

I mean, when you really think about it, we've been through social unrest, pointless wars, economic downturns, political revolutions, all sorts of shit... I'm not really sure when this "greatness" was. :|

Probably around the 1790's when you had to be a white male and own land to vote in elections. It must have been "great" to not worry about what women or people of color or poor people thought about anything, ever.

I want to know how any candidate is going to make this country great? Pffftt it's never been great! Is it better than living under some extreme dictatorship where you could be killed for speaking out? OK yeah but other than that- the system here sells dreams knowing full well it's rigged towards keeping the rich happy. This fucking country lacks behind the world in education, environmental initiatives, healthcare, happiness in fucking general- we're worked to death, get no time off, stagant wages, have horrific nutrition, monopolies left and right controlling just about everything, militant police, complete lack of any culture and what's our gift to the world- football? Hollywood? Internet stars famous for nothing? Being fat fuck consumer slaves ignorant to everything around them? Arguing about liberal or conservative? Legacies of wars and trying to monopolize resources of other countries?

I'd gladly leave this country if I could transition myself somewhere else in the world. In a fucking heartbeat. Every day I leave the house I literally go into a rage just existing here. I feel like an alien that has zero in common with the good ol' USA and I've lived here for 47 years.

Lixx, you just said everything I'm thinking but am too scared to say.

If it weren't for the fact that my family lives here and the fact that I'm unable to learn a third language*, I'd be out of here.
I'd love to not have to worry about cars because the public transportation and bike lanes aren't complete shit, not have to worry about my boyfriend's crippling $29,000 student loan debt which will become OUR crippling debt soon enough, etc etc etc....

    * I literally mean it, it's due to some kind of memory issue that I can't remember the name of right now, but it's when a language you already learned interferes with learning a new one. I took five years of Spanish before I had to just admit it was hopeless.

Don't ever be a afraid to speak up, say it loud say it proud! Establishment fears people actually thinking and speaking out against them. Seriously if more people weren't afraid or worried about losing the slight comforts we're offered- shit would get done here much faster. I've marched in NYC when I lived there against the war in 2003, in 2005 down to Washington DC, protested against ass backwards pro lifers trying to close planned parenthoods in NYC telling women what they can do with their bodies. I still stop and let pro-lifers know this whenever I see one, same with Jeezers. Even if I don't agree with you I can respect your opinion, but the minute you try to make your opinion law or force it on others, or prevent people from doing things- Fuck all that noise! No one should be able to do that- what is this the dark ages? Having choices is what matters most.

I've been abroad a few times and I don't know other languages. It wasn't so bad- if you try to learn people will help you. If I chose to live somewhere else though I'd learn the language.

I am lucky. I live in LA and despite traffic I love this city. The diversity of my neighborhood and friends is awesome and wonderful. I doubt it represent America though.

I also love Bangkok and Kuching and would be happy in those cities. I lived shortly in Hong Kong and it was fine but long term it probably would have drove me mad.
