    Ok, have your laughs. Unless you have one to offer me, I don't appreciate it. Plain and simple.

    If you want to laugh, why don't we play a game at guessing when one of these turns up on ebay and sells (probably to a board member) for more than that?

    At least I have never bought a flipped Nag, but I was willing to pay a board member for some help getting me a zombie one this time. I really like the zombie version, at least the first one and the ones on display at Mishka Japan. Guess my best hope is ebay eventually. That or I travel and hopefully get lucky (and keep waiting, as I have forever).

    And, no, I don't have a sense of humor about this. So there. :twisted:

    I know it's only toys but some of us just don't have the time to chase these things. A trip down would have cost me much more than offering $$$ to a board member for a very appreciated solid favor.

    As for the toy, I like it, but would like to see more pictures. The paints I've seen on some of the earlier versions are really something.

    What's under that outfit, for instance? :oops:

    I agree(Cool illustration and layout). I would like to see a pic of the back.

    I wish Shig had cast the Nzombie in milky white vinyl and applied a lighter paint application for this release. I think that would have given more of a ghost like feel to the figure.

    As far as the price thing...I wasn't surprised. The Mishka releases have been bat shit crazy priced for a while now.

    I read the last couple pages and am just confused. Crazy money, paying double is not inviting flippers, a toy version of a movie monster that is not really that monster but someone elses monster dressed like that monster??? Going back to sleep. Headache.

    I accidentally deleted my post last night (I think my brain is still fried from the con) and I was too lazy to re post until this morning.

    I got one - its completely different from anything else in my collection but IT IS a really fun piece and while expensive, I was really stoked to get one direct and with Shig being there it made the whole thing sting a bit less :D

    I was under the impression they are all Mishka releases? Is the newly doubled retail price going to be the new norm? Is there any reason for upping the price so much? I don't think I've ever seen something like this happen.

    The one's on the site have been priced at 20,000yen plus shipping. I always thought the Mishka prices are higher because of things like shipping, employees that like being paid, Shig's plane ticket, etc.

    Shig sells them to Mishka at full retail, and then they add their mark-up to resell them.

    Wasn't the price of the NZOMBI just as high at NYCC? Wasn't the Tara NAG 500? The NZOMBI seemed to me priced where I would expect it for a U.S. release. Who knows what's up with the Ball? Unless the mask was sewn by some famous luchadore seamstress, that is some serious mark up.
