Going by the Woolworth sticker on the base this is late 60's early 70's. Quite heavy blow molded vinyl.
I bought him from a huge barn full of Antiques near Cheddar Gorge on Sunday.

Vintage walker, about as cute as it gets. 50p at a Boot-sale

1950's by Rosedale Plastics (Tudor Rose).

It walks great . . . you just hang the green pig over a desk and as it drops, the duck waddles towards you.
