Re: D-LuX Customs - New update 7/9 that rub on the daigomi looks great. is it a burden to paint something with so much texture or does that make it more fun ?
Re: D-LuX Customs - New update 7/9 When you get a figure in hand like this, you think "I wanna show off every little thing on here!", but often times if you painted every individual part, it would look like a big mess. Doing a rub is a great way to show off all the intricate parts of this figure, as well as accentuate small details, and textures and other figures. Yes it can be quite laborious, but the end result is worth it to me! Thanks!
Re: D-LuX Customs - New update 7/25 I have been admiring these guys on your flickr, they are all great. I especially love how bright and rich the colours on the CK turned out. Is it possible you can outdo even your own work in an homage? The Jet Jaguar is also really stunning, was the base an unpainted translucent figure? Very nice.
Re: D-LuX Customs - New update 7/25 Thanks... no the JJ was a painted version that needed to be stripped
Re: D-LuX Customs - New update 7/25 That JJ is a thing of beauty. Your masking skills have gotten crazy good.
