Oh we do have one. Loki. She is about 14. And she has no patience for little Friggy. Always happier with two kitties!
Brrrrrrrrr! It's chilly in SF today. You can feel the Fall crispness in the air. Shorter days and frigid winter is just around the corner.
No rain yet. Alas, I always feel a bit meloncholy when I feel the first signs of fall. Frigid winters also mean waking up in the dark and going home in the dark. All the summer fruits have almost gone away. Soon only apples and oranges will be the staple . Whatever you do, don't buy the red organic grapes at Costco. We picked up a huge box a few days ago. Looks gorgeous and sweet, but when you bit into it, it had a dry fleshy taste. Very yucky, not sure if they were frozen by mistake? ugh!
Summer Italian dinner, whipped up by a professional chef friend Large plate of antipasti cured meats, cheeses, olives, pepperoncini, and bread. Bean and pancetta soup, romaine salad, bbq wild boar ribs (boar butchered and brought in by a long bow hunter), and sliced brisket, cheese cake with berries, and scotch (I had espresso since I had to drive ) And we talked about Japanese toys and things we collect
I saw on IG that Ferris Plock and Kelly Tungstall are doing a "garage sale" of their work. Anyone planning on going? I'm going to a show (Dustbowl Revival) in the city that night so I might try to head down early and swing by. View this post on Instagram
