The next one is certain to go for a lot lower since the results of this unsuccessful auction are being publicized. Posting auction results to threads like this tends to eliminate reselling and overpaying. If you're really outraged about a high auction end price be sure to publicize it so it won't happen again.
oh and he sings too! It's like rain on your wedding day It's a free ride when you've already paid It's the good advice that you just didn't take Who would've thought... it figures
Holy crap Joe that's a nice score! It's a Mark Nagata hp isn't it? I can hear the rumble of folks hauling over to KR to post wants there!
hmm not sure if it's an hp but it is a production piece. I believe it's the one chosen from all the pink hp's to be the production run but I thought it was painted by TE? Not sure though...
This is one of the HP versions that was released at an event in Japan. I believe they were all painted by TE but released in conjunction with various Maxtoy figs. Here's another image that originally came from the TE site.
I'd take one of those light purple pieces over the GID versions. I can't believe you found this via kr?!
Here is mine...they look pretty similar. There's a thread somewhere that shows most of the HPs from the run...looking...
pretty sure that's the same one Ralph, the color on the chest almost changes with different light, from the greyish blue to a lighter greyish whiteish. I was confused at first regarding which one it might be but I'm pretty sure it's the production version. I have 8 pics of the hps and this isn't one of them. Wondering if there were just 8 hp's though or if there might be more out there?
Yeah, you're right, same one. It's gorgeous Joe...probably my favorite out of all the releases. That pink vinyl really shows off the sculpt too.
If I recall correctly, the hps were randomly sold with the production pieces. I'm pretty sure Mark posted something on his blog....looking...
not sure if you guys ever saw this, probably did and I'm just late, but I thought this was pretty cool
The pink HPs and production versions were sold as 2-pack 'battle sets' with a Capt. Maxx figure. There were also blank sets. Originally, these were sold at WF. Mark also sold a few (i.e., unsold sets from WF) via his web store.
