anyone have a cheap, spare set of usagigon arms i could play with? i like the way they look on the kara body:
ha Ha ! Thanks Michael, didn't really see this coming...what an excellent surprise. I'm such a fan of Enman, making a new head for that weirdo is like getting to record a track with one of your favorite bands. So cool. Stay tuned
Cool, though I prefer the astronaut head on the other mold. Sad to see more skulls, but hey, the idea of long dead astronaut corpse is kinda cool (mummified would be much better). I don't know if it is just me though, but what immediately struck me in this pic is the brachiosaurus Large scale soft vinyl dinos??? YES PLEASE! [PS - I should add of the non-billion in one shot/gajillion dollaridoo variety]
Wow. Those "Grodynauts" are just brilliant! Some squiggly inserts of intestines or tiny alien body attached to the head in the clear torso would be cool.
I like the head sculpts but I feel like they don't fit the Monster parts at all. Maybe I'm alone there or it's just the malt liquor talking.
I am assuming Luke just threw these on the monster bodies for a quick test shot, and the actual body is going to be what we saw before. It's actually interesting because I somehow had the impression the astronaut was going to be a larger figure, but from these if anything it seems they may be the same or a tad smaller even than the monsters. Luke, more dinos! I need a set to fight each other and set up some dioramas
That would be a cool idea, but I would guess these are separate sculpts. Adding that kind of complexity would seem to go against Luke's simplified, easy construction, that keeps us primed with plenty of low cost toys. Plus, it seems like there would be huge tradeoff in having the head seem to loose in the helmet and it being easily changeable without scuffing on the sides. That is not to say it couldn't be done.
