Max Toy Company club members were offer first shot to purchase this release for price of $50 with free shipping in the USA or $5 for international shipping on October 21, 2012. Club members were limited to ordering a max of 2 pieces. Then on October 24, 2012 a small amount was offer for open sale on Max Toy Company online webstore for $50 + S&H (U.S. or International). Open sales were limited to only 1 order per customer. Shipping of these items started on October 26, 2012 per Mark Nagata on Max Brain blog. The above candy corn colored Big Fish was made available first. The Halloween Kaiju Negora was sold again as the 23rd release at Design Festa 36 but with a different Big Fish color. 22nd release.
