Absolutley true, but on day one he would've had a "reprimand". I've seen stuff before that called for it, but Glenn pointed out black and white fact, not an opinion. Maybe it was his tone that hurt somebody's feelings, but true it is a commercial site/marketing tool and there to do as they please.
