A couple more gouache paintings, 8x8 on canvas. These are for sale at my webstore, follow link below if you wish... and... All the others have sold pretty quick, thanks guys
I wasn't sure were to post this, but I asked my grandmother to paint me a Rose Vampire by Josh H. and here's the finished painting!
So I finally drew a monster and I'm here to share it. No, I don't know what's up with his(?) gut. I drew this up while waiting on a co-worker. I wanted something to make into a button. So, among other sketches (non-monster), I cleaned it up a little and worked him into a few 1" buttons. Never mind the "Art by..." part, because it hardly is art, especially in view of the talent on this board, but I just wanted to be sure to claim the drawing in my name since it will be distributed on the button. The text is actually folded on the backside of the button so you only see the monster. Here are a few of the "colorways": I flipped it and changed the colors so you can wear two side by side and it looks like they're going to fight! Or kiss! They look pretty happy. -Gabriel p.s. - Let's see the Pizza Bat!
nope, but I went over to yer flickr and saw it there... very nice! here's a illo for a toy themed group art show...
F'ing team building days LOL !!! Great outcome though, love the cup for sure and something i will attempt soon, my girlfriend loves those paint your own pot places.
Creepalicious greasy-cheesy wings, very aerodynamic i'm sure ! I enjoy the subdued retroish palette on this one.
I've been doing these small gouache paintings lately , they are quite fun. I was inspired by other artists' header card art. I think I may do a style change up and try painting without the black outlines as the final step.
