Fuck. Now that I've seen the painted version of Mecha Zag, I'm sold. Except not really, because "sold" implies I have money.
I know there are no painted heads pictured, but the illustration in the middle makes me hope that there will be some chase painted heads in the mix? This guy is the most mind blowing thing I've seen in a while. Gargamel rules.
Bums me out seeing all these amazing figures that are one-offs only. All the big production runs are for the smaller toys now, the big release like the super 7 hedoran are few and far between.
Finally, a good shot of that Garudan! I've been scouring Instagram for a good shot of it. It looks like a bird skull and I LOVE it. From what I've read, all 70 pieces at the show sold. Yowza! For those of you who don't have IG and want to browse photos from the event... No log in required, #ggml hashtag.
Looking through photos of the show now, nice work as always. Very few Conifas this year - I wonder if they're moving away from that sculpt or if they're only doing a very small amount since they know it's not as popular as their other toys?
It makes sense to make less conifas, as they seem more of an acquired taste. Glad to hear they sold out, means they still got it!
The dude for sure, but I think they are together. Angel Abby could enlighten us. I know that dude works for her. He was so beyond pathetic taking pictures and sending them and then calling all prior to picking.
Why am I not even surprised? And after that passionate anti-flip post on the Gargamel Blog, too. I swear, the longer I collect, the more I believe we need to make a Do Not Sell/Buy roster of these assholes.
