If ever the Standard Deathra is officially released, can we say that he's probably the only piece from the modern kaiju realm that has the most number of articulation? '8 points' of articulation to be exact!
Oh yeah... Or...probably among the standard size category, this Standard Deathra might have the most articulation.
There's the Gigabrain Jet Jaguar, thats got like 15-16 points of articulation too. But I dunno if you want to call that neo-kaiju or a standard release. phil
having to put qualifiers in front of "the most x" to make it true reminds me of the claim that the ferris wheel in yokohama is the largest in the world... with a clock.
I was on the fence about the new standard Deathra, but after seeing it treated to the Thrashout colors... I'm liking it much more.
It has the greatest number of points of articulation of any Gargamel toy. :3 Stiff competition from those pocket Zags there.
the katope bird in the birdhouse is cool, the other two i don't get. the big heads don't look right on the small body to me.
Yeah, just not my thing. I'm not buying minis anymore, and mashups just aren't always my thing. The head looks too off for me, it looks like it might topple over. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.
Just a FYI he is weighted inside the Milton body. Stands firm. I understand him not looking like a great match up, but I really love the Mibora head especially with the KaToPe designs. That said I'd still rather have a large standard Mibora.
I love the Gargamel guys, but they risk ruining their own market with too many customs being sold all the time. I hope they can just get back on track with more releases.
The custom $400 standard is the new $100 standard. I'm curious what this standard Deathra will price out at.....
Interesting. Less than the THRASH OUT 5th. Anniversary Zag which was 7500 yen. But then the yen has been climbing I believe. 6800 Japanese yen = 79.1894 US dollars $110? $125?
Will look very good together! But eventually, I hope they release the blue and the orange version as well.
