Akamatsu just called him ‘Armadillo’. He’s never painted any as far as I know.
Any chance you will make/paint more? Would love to get my hands on one!
Man, loving that Aboras @Bob! So great to see people landing wonderful mystery bags, and everyone being just generally happy and thrilled with the contents; such a nice change from what can be the norm in this hobby.
I froze my butt off painting and assembling stuff for these bags, but the response both here and via email and Instagram has been so good that it was totally worth it! Glad people are psyched!
Patrick - we looked for the armadillo mold today, but no dice.... seems it got misplaced in the past 6 months... maybe one day it will surface. As it is, there are only 10 of them in the Wild - ALL via this year’s lucky bags...
Thanks @ultrakaiju yeah all the bags I’ve seen looked great and I was super happy with mine.
@JMRampage your hard work is definitely appreciated!!!
@Spaceman Yells - Nice one! I was hoping to see a photo of the pink run.
Still looking for a photo of a SHB shin rabuka if anybody has seen one.
Yeah, I saw your pic and figured it’d be a good idea to throw mine up next to it.
Thanks fellahs!!! I still have a few of Skinner’s heads that he’s given me the thumbs up to use for 1-offs. Stay tuned ^_^
p.s. we found the Armadillo mold - there should be some at the May event.
Bring some of those to Portland!
Nice, this is excellent news Jon!

A shot from the Rampage, Gravy, and Grumble Toys show at Grass Hut in Portland last night:
That Bwana/PK MechaKlong mash-up was just bonkers and a treat to see in person. There were a lot of huge Krackle and Klong toys on display, as well as a giant Zenith.
I believe this lovely glow/glitter combo Morel Black was the top pick from the show attendees:
Personally, I loved Bwana's Two Toed Tom, and admired all the artwork and other toys on display.
It was great to meet folks and hang. Good times! I believe the leftovers are up on gravytoys.com now.
Man, such lovely looking and fun toys - the perfect combination, and a fresh change from sofubi '19. Looks like this would have been a great event to attend. I agree, that MechaKlong is bonkers, but I still love it. And always happy to see GT with some new output. Thanks for sharing the pics.
A tour of Bwana's store had my mouth actually watering as I scrolled through. Everyone's work was so wonderful to see, I especially enjoyed catching up a bit with what Chris and Ainsley have been up to, but I'd be lying if I said that my favorites weren't the Ultrabeasts.
