got the same bag as meanmistert. only keeping a couple of items and the rest are for sale. the micro zag is amazing. so much detail into such a small figure. to whoever asked for comparison pics for size, here's one. he's just a tad taller than a mini resin thrashman.
Supposedly it's a new sculpt, and yeah, it looks too similar to the other one. Maybe once in hand I'll appreciate it.
man spaced that... year of the tiger... the other must have been year of the rat... cool photo was taken at S7, couldn't recall seeing the little guy in any of the hundreds of collection shots i've looked at educating myself in the past few months... when i was a kid my mom would say "...and people in hell want ice water." guess these dudes go on the list right after i get that cool drink...
This was talked about a while ago. You can see the Ox from 2009 here too... viewtopic.php?f=3&t=26447&p=379115&hilit=+gargamel+mouse#p379115
Here's mine. I gotta say that, not to mention the general excellence of the figures themselves, IMHO $325 for these guys was a very good price for what was included. There's a reason they're called "lucky," I think.
is that zag a HP? it looks vaguely similar to the one on the first page, but I just can't tell between the two photos. Your photo shows the colors really well. If that is the production one included, i'd be happy to get that one.
That picture confirms that that is the zag I want in my bag. It seems to always be paired with the dragamel too which makes it even better for me, hopefully that is.
You know, I'm not well versed enough to be able to say. I know that even the "production" models are hand painted to some extent, so they're not identical. This one has unpainted fingertips and thumbs, and there are no obvious misses on the teeth or any other part. It certainly isn't a one off, because it's similar to meanmistert's. Scott's looks like a one off.
It's almost identical to meanmistert's, but it's the first time I've posted pics. BTW, the color in my pic is pretty close to the figures themselves, so I'd say the Hujili's Ghost was an orangy red, as opposed to a redish orange.
the other photo was a bit washed out in comparison, this one shows the colors much more clearly. thanks for the great picture!
Maybe we should start another thread for this, especially if there isn't a quick definitive answer, but, and I'm not sure I even want to for sure, what's the best way to set the eyes into the odoron? What's the best adhesive? I would hate for me to miss the positioning and be stuck with an off-kilter eye, or to get something on to the figure which would discolor the vinyl. Anyone know?
