For the sake of completeness (that being my own toy nerddom, combined with a whisk of OCD), here is the remaining sparker from the seller's list of auctions which were posted together. A bit more on the beat up side, but still, oh what a looker!

Bullmark Baltan sparker figure, ended at 46.5k yen

Having two out of the four, I’m sad I didn’t see the listings for the ones I need. Not currently having a job, I’m not super sad I didn’t see the listings for the ones I need :/

Same boat here. All this quarantine time is making me dig deep on here but at the same time I have leisure time because I'm laid off haha

I've a couple good auctions from recent days I've been meaning to share here. One of which was this Condorman talker figure. :) Final hammer fell at 92k yen. Interestingly though - and hopefully accurate - the title of the listing (though not mentioned in the description) said that the speaking function on it was still working, so that is a major tick in the plus category on one of these.

Dangit! Here is another one that was interesting I wanted to post, but the photos have already been pulled. I'll share the sceengrab I have anyways.

'Mark' brand [マーク製ソフビ人形] big(er) Gundam soft vinyl figure [16cm by description], ended at 69k yen

    * managed to do some clever searching to pull out full sizes of a few of the images, but sadly not the best view ones

^^Holy crap, that's a pretty hefty premium for a carded specimen! Loose ones don't usually go higher than around $150. Then again, I've never actually seen the card before...and that's pretty funky!

It is a lot Sanjeev, no doubt there. I was take aback. But I also have never seen the carded example, and when I tried to find more pics/info on it, no other ones came up on google.

Another nice one from a couple days ago. Doesn't actually seem that high oddly; really nice bronze sprays on this example (and some enjoyable lipstick :) ).

I think the Hawaii Kanegon ended that low because of the arm socket repair. Very nice regardless of that though.

Another one from a week or so back, which I did not post in time before the images were pulled (boy it frustrates me when sellers do this! and I can't even grasp why). Dug out pics where I could. At least I got some with the excellent inserts this one had inside.

Bullmark removable mask Godman figure 450 size, in package, ended at 37k yen

And, for comparisons, here are the other versions of the big Godman, also from [somewhat] recent auctions

Bullmark regular Godman figure 450 size, in package, ended at 37.6k yen

[This one was just incredible! I only wish I could have been in the bidding mix :o ]

Bullmark 'cyborg' version Godman figure 450 size, loose, ended at 83k yen

@ultrakaiju It is a good price for the Godman with removable mask, I also saw that auction, I only had concern for the legs; They look very open and it gives me the imprecision that they could be squashed at knee height.

Apparently the back card was a Photocopy. This auction was a steal compared to the loose one that ended today at $1327 usd with no header or anything

I'm not familiar with this guy, I guess he's from a show called Emergency Command 10-4, 10-10. Saw him for the first time that I can remember on instagram Friday and then noticed him on YJA the next day. I'm a fan of any toy with a removable helmet or mask. Sold for 65,000 yen.

That is weird, that guy was there for a while, and I didn't think anyone was going to grab him. We will see if he gets 'relisted' or not. There was one for sale for quite a while at a Mandarake I was seriously considering, only he was missing his helmet. Still the price was fair, and this is a quite unusual figure from the show.

One more to share here for my own personal enjoyment. Not super expensive, but I just didn't have the funds (particularly now) to make a play for this guy. But these little fellas are so much fun, and of course getting a Gary would be special for me. The box art alone is worth an investment, I just love them. This actually bears a Tomy sticker, which I did not know that these were produced in collaboration between the two companies? I am sure there is an interesting story there.

Thought I would stick this up here as I was following it, didn't realise these were worth this kind of money.

I was following that Zandora auction as well. It is a very nice example, beauty goods for sure. I was also surprised at the end price, but I guess there is a crazy premium for pristine condition.

Wow, thanks for sharing that one, Dave. What an odd auction. The Zandoras are brilliant, and I am definitely looking to add him and some Orange fellas to my bizarre monster family, but I think even for one of them it is a bit batty. Maybe as @NewChrissy said this came down to being about the amazing condition he seems to be in, but I would not have normally expected an auction to end this high. Good on whoever adopted him though, what a kooky dude and he will be great in just about any collection.

This was a pretty nice example of the large size Bullmark Leafman which ended last month. This guy had really nice paint on him, with excellent silver coverage on both the front and back. What was also particularly interesting (to me) was to see two of these guys come up for sale both with swords, in as many months (I shared the other one just a page back here). Main flaw, if I had to be picky, is a small transfer on the face and then paint wear on the sword handle. Gonna be tough hunting these guys like this in the future I think.

Bullmark 'Leafman' Wakurunaba standard/big size figure, complete with sword, ended at 44,500yen

These aren't anything super special, but I really screwed myself over by missing the deadline for these auctions, as I was desperately after these books, and they were in my price range. I was crushed to see them sell, and lost only because I was a fool and messed up the auction end time. Aaarrrghhhhh! Played myself, no one else to blame. The graphics on these are simply amazing, I could stare at them for hours (and would love some blown-up poster versions!). These examples of the books were a little beaten up, with some torn pages and really rough binding, but no question, I would've adored flipping through their pages. So anyways, wanted to share and save these images here for reference. Maybe they went to someone luck on here.

Original 'Monster Anatomy Book' featuring Toho and Tsuburaya monsters, ended at 3,990yen

First edition Marusan Ultraman (love that 'old man' face!); ended at a cool 140k. Was not expecting him to climb quite so high, given the degree of paint wear for this guy. It is a sought after figure though. Still a lovely toy, and one of those maybe some say 'would that I had the money' investments. An Ultra fan can dream.

Still collecting some past auctions here. If I become @The Moog of this thread, I can only see that as an honourific. :)

Takatoku (though not labeled in the auction as such) pachi dino kaiju - not sure if this guy has an 'accepted' name - ended at 57k

One more recent archived auction. Removable mask Zone fighter. Got pulled in by this guy in Japan and he is now one of my favourite hero versions. Not extraordinarily rare, but this one was in wonderful, near pristine, condition; could be the best I have seen for a loose version. Even the mask has been barely slit.

Okay, this is a biggun and deserves proper first billing at the start of this page. I know someone put in a strong play for this guy, and I am terribly sorry that it did not come together in the end. It was a nice auction to see, not necessarily because the figure itself is particularly rare (that I know of) but I think, because it is such a great toy, they don't seem to change hands too often. And why would they? This guy is the bee's knees. :) A gorgeous toy by any reckoning, modern or vintage. I can't really say I foresee having one of these any other than a gorgeous Yuji version, but I have no less appreciation for it because of that. Iconic in every sense of the word, and I respect those who would hold one on their shelf. *This guy did have a slight crack on the head, which I think is the only reason it did not explode through the roof at the end of the auction. My sincere regrets to you know who.

Vintage Bullmark Mechagodzilla, ended at 402k yen.

The sculpt, those gorgeous colour combinations, with that striking metallic teal against those dark grey sprays, that silvered red mouth, and those eyes; this guy captures all the details just right. A brilliant character. A lovely toy.

    Full pic set:
