I find these are great toys unpainted, can't really see the need to add paint to a marbled glitter gid but just my pov... Judging by the shots I kind of agree with some of the comments above, those teeth imo could've remained unpainted.

Re: New Secret Base Y'all talking crazy! In the scheme of things the marbled and unpainted angle is a new phenomenon for 'em. The vast majority of production Wings for the last 8 years have all had painted teeth! Just be thankful for a new incarnation and embrace the paint . . . if yer get chance!
Re: New Secret Base Yeah I also like them. It's staying true to the classics. All general release skullwings have painted teeth, including the rainy day one which in most case come completely unpainted.

Re: New Secret Base I'm not against the paint I just think it could have been toned down, I think the same about quite a lot of toys I see, more of an ivory white would have suited this I think. I still like it though glitter, GID and marbling works really well, even with all those elements its still quite subtle.
Re: New Secret Base i dont want to be laughed out of this forum (since i dont have a say in the collecting scheme round these parts) but do you think this resembles the root beer float or whatever unpainted skullwing(andy superfest 57?) ? granted, this is marbled with GID and it has painted teeth (which i like) DISCUSS!
Re: New Secret Base Great pic, Andy, and I admit that MANIMAL was very talented, but try tracking him down to have him paint a Skullwing today- he’s damn nigh impossible to find! I’ve even heard rumors that he was, against all odds, faded… ( Couldn’t resist… but seriously, I’m with you… HAIL PUS!!!)
