This was the subject of a weird spam email I got today. Not from tag or low brownie, just some random email address of jumbled letters.

the body was just a weird email about LED lights for windows and jaguar cars..

anyone else get something weird like this?

What exactly is the point of starting this thread? To see if you got a spam email from Tag? To post a message about spam?

I got a spam email that said this. NEW Mac App Store Apps Plus Sofia the First!

just thought it was interesting that some random spam address was able to use things that Ive looked at online and send me an email.
never had something so specific before.. Ive seen the mac emails and similar things every day.

Chances are people who visit Lowbrownie/TAG also visit Skullbrain.. if it turns out to be something malicious then a thread like this is a good warning to be careful. Chances are it's harmless though.. Thanks for the tip!

I got a spam mail saying "Spiderman buys his Viagra HERE" once, even though I have no affiliation with Spiderman whatsoever.

Yyyeah, that's just unsettling. I'd scan your computer for spyware/viruses just in case something on your computer is tracking your search history.
Then again, who isn't these days...
