you could make some cash for that thing on ebay. i remeber seeing some go for $350 a few years back. "true 'til death!"
a man after my own tastes. Love the pilot chronograph. Automatic is the only way. you truly are a player.
amazing watch. One of Swatch's most infamous and sought after watches. I remember those things way back when.
$350! I had one in the 80's, but cracked it at a hardcore show. Now I wear this loser watch and drink beer. (alt+p) [/img]
Never been a watch person. Not much of a cell phone person either, but unfortunately due to work I have to have one. But since I have become a slave to the cell my new phone rocks! The Motorola i580 is a freakin' beast. It has replaced the need for a watch, ipod, camera, walkie... Best phone I've had.
i haven't worn a watch for over 9 years. i dont care much what time it is when i am out and about. if i truly need to figure out the time, i can always check the clock in my truck, my cell phone, etc.
No watch, and up until 3 weeks ago no cell phone (it's still rarely switched on!) . . . Being Billy-no-mates means I seldom need either!
the classic style of the omega is really cool. when it comes to rolex like the seadweller best for its purist charme with its angular calendar indication. just noticed that the old gold and silver rolex submariners and gmts that used to be a strict no go for years seem to have a renaissance. just curious when where yours made?
Seadweller is big dough. Probably my favorite Rolex also. Submariner will never go out of style. Truly classic. Has to be steel with black face.
Nope, no cell phone for me or my wife either. We both hate phones in general, and cell phones even more than the regular telephone. I've got a Nixon "Famous". Apparently they aren't making them anymore, I tried to pull a pic from their site. I just wanted an analog watch with an alarm, for those times I'm away from home but need to wake up at a certain time. But I just got married this past Saturday and the stainless steel band now clashes with my 24K hammered wedding band. Guess it's time for a new watch!
I dont wear watches much but when I do I wear this. My grandfather passed away this summer and this was the only thing I was left. It means the world to me.
I'm somewhat of a watch-whore. Just as much as they are functional for time-telling, it's just as much of an expression of taste as a tattoo or piece of jewelry. Tutima DI300 Auto Tissot T-Touch Titanium Tissot Moto GP SE Citizen WR100 Fossil Batman Couple other Fossils and a Wenger. The T-Touch is the coolest watch ever. Altimeter, Barometer, Compass, Timer, Alarm, Thermometer all engaged by touching the face of the watch.
