Hey Ikkashinju, Man, thanks so much for the offer. I'm constantly so impressed by the coolness of everyone round here. I would be looking at $3200 just in flights. No problem...I have already 1 board member set up and I offered another one from overseas a place to stay. It's bad enough that a flight is so expensive to top it off you got $150-$200 a night hotels!!! FUCK THAT!!! Save some green,bring a sleeping a bag,and crash on my floor for free is what I say! Having fun will not be a problem...keeping our wallets in our pockets is the problem

I just think if it's going to be as many as 100 people, we should look into it...as it's hard enough to get a table for 10 after closing time at the con, much less for 30 plus or many more... just a thought...anybody else think we could swing it?

A whole restaurant is cool with me. We have a bunch of veggies here (raises hand) so maybe one that's veggie friendly?
Guys...I will look into all possibilities...I do think that some people will drop off the list which would suck but it's just how I feel. I'm not a veggie so I will look into a place that will/can be beneficial to both veggies and real people
