Busted! No late-night fun tonight, going to visit someone with no computer internet tonight. RedYoda and Gatchabert, the Taratula Kittee and Pancake Kittee photos are not mine, but they belong to Zeke on Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/lord_zeke/ Party on!
on a sad note, the famous rabbit that had the pancake on his head passed away in 2003. i know that was years ago but it's still pretty sad. RIP Oolong http://www.fsinet.or.jp/~sokaisha/rabbit/rabbit.htm from Oolong's website
Yeah, if you don't already know about him, look up Dan Lacey, Painter of Pancackes. Funny stuff. Oh man it's late. I should start watching last night's episode of LOST before the sun comes up and BASK goes back to sleep. Here's Hugo Chavez.
Goodness me! You people have been busy making pancakes! Love the Palin portrait (dislike her politics though ). Chicken soup with lots of zucchini. Just came down with an awful awful cold (no, I am not a pig! ). Hubby kept chasing me around to feel my forehead and threatened to drag me into the ER. It's just a cold! Darn! I hate being sick BUT, RedYoda sent lots and lots and LOTS of toy joy my way! Just got my hands on his beautiful custom! Hooray for RedYoda! Camera is still on the fritz, but hopefully, RedYoda will post photos . Just beautiful!
Hi Akum6n! Well, Kittee was pretty miffed this afternoon. I played with the Zeton custom that RedYoda made for me. Zeton was following him around all afternoon, and Kittee finally taught him a lesson (bulk is better than alien power ) Will post more in that thread soon. Do you have a kittee? P.S. Downloading stock photos from shutterstock is like molasses .6 more days until subscription ends. Anyone recommend a good stock photo source for general graphics?
I can sympathize with that... I'm not one for mushy chick flicks either Best Brownies 1/2 cup butter 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking powder DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan. 2. In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook. NOTES: - For gooey brownies, use 3 eggs instead of 4. - Double the recipe for 9x13 pan.
Up late copying files from my f***ked up computer onto a flash drive. Ugh! I'm gonna go look for something to eat.
