At least that's from judging 1 years membership. Watch this year be WAY more interesting, but that's the risk I'll take. Those who AREN'T in the SSSS and collect S7 stuff more should join, totally worth it for you! 2 free toys make it worth it off the bat, than there's extra stuff!

 Re: S7 Shipping Heads-Up
hey folks,
so first, i want to thank everybody for their patience with us on the shipping front this month, and i sincerely apologize for the hold-up. the truth is that there is a huge huge amount of work that goes into running a retail store as well as a webstore, that nobody ever sees or hears about, because it is much less interesting than talking about toys. we are a very small crew, and there is a large volume of work to get done, even when there is not a giant event like SDCC.
that said, its our responsibility to run our operation smoothly, and shipping has gotten a bit behind in the past few weeks leading up to comic-con. i am pounding through it all now, with just a short break to type up this update. everyone will have their orders very soon, and we thank you again for the continued support and patience.
hang in there baby!

There must be tons. Thanks guys for all the hard work. I know it will be worth it when we get our boxes shipped to us. I can't wait to hold the Jade mongolion and green G.B. Hopefully there is a mummy boy sticker in there too....

 Re: S7 Shipping Heads-Up
I would like to apologize for the shipping and customer service issues. These were completely my fault. We had planned to get the site launched and the SSSS renewals done 6-8 weeks prior to SDCC. The perfect storm arose when the site launch and SSSS mummy boy got delayed at the same time. Two weeks before SDCC I made the call to push on with both the site launch and SSSS renewals hoping to get them finished before going to San Diego. This resulted in massive amounts of work for us the week before SDCC which is already our busiest week of the year. In the end the work load was too great and we couldn't finish before we left. In retrospect I should have anticipated this breakdown and pushed the web site launch until after SDCC. Josh, Alex and I were all in San Diego leaving Aaron to run the store alone. Aaron usually works 6 hours per week, he put in over 40 in the last 10 days (while going to summer school). He actually ran the store by himself for a couple days which make him a super hero in my book. With only one person at the shop nothing gets done in the back office since it take one person to run the register. Once SDCC starts it consumes every waking hour. Every day I told myself I would deal with emails when I got home but never could bring myself follow through in the end. I guess I am getting weak in my old age. I used to be able to work longer hours, it turns our 10-12 per day is my limit. When I got back to the office on Tue I had over 400 unread email. I am still trying to catch up. You don't want to know what the office looks like. Please do not disparage the work of Josh, Alex or Aaron. In the last three weeks they have all managed to do more work at a higher level than I would have thought humanly possible. They never got whinny or complained in the process, even when the van broke down on the way home. They deserve your praise and admiration, I promise you do not work with any finer or more capable people. If you have a problem please take it up with me since I was its cause. I will do my best to address your concerns. Now that the new site is launched we have the tools to serve everyone better so I hope you stick with us and allow us the opportunity to show you how well we can take care of you going forward. I think you will be pleased with the level of customer service the new site facilitates. If you haven't signed up for an account on the web store please take the time to register so we can keep you informed about events, releases, sales and all kinds of other stuff. Don't fret about giving up your email, we already have it since you signed up for SkullBrain ( ). Thanks as always for everyone's continued support.

 Re: S7 Shipping Heads-Up
Super7 rocks! I want to say thanks to Alex! I stopped by the store on Tuesday to pick up a couple SDCC purchases. He was cool enough to go into the back for me to get them even though everything had not been unpacked yet.

I'm assuming that we'll be getting a welcome email for the SSSS within the next few weeks, now that SDCC is done. I'm not sweating it!

 Re: S7 Shipping Heads-Up
Are you guys sure certain orders got out? On the website it still says processing for my order and I never got the usual S7 paypal ship notice in my email. Staff says it went out but info available has contrary information.

I'm assuming orders are still delayed as I haven't received my order yet. I've contacted through email to know what's up, but I haven't gotten a response in over a week.
