I've been meaning to start buying the RAH220s of the Shocker Kaizo Ningen, but with all this vinyl and other stuff just never have the money. they're really nice though, super detailed and high quality.

what figures are you interested in?

mmmm, I collect them.

The Pushead RAH220 Cocoboy and Cococroc figures are to die for - I've been singing their praises forever. They are even better than the COcobat Joes.

I have about 25 RAH220 figures, and I must say they are really well done. My fave is a guy in a lizard rubber suit - so well done.

Also have a hoarde of RAH figures. Latest one I bought is the Kostas Assassin a month or so ago. The box is RAD, but sadly I haven't had a chance to open it up.

Favorite RAH figures have to be the RetroAction Heroes series, and of course Rumina Borg and Mach Roid. If there is enough interest I'll get my camera out and post some pics here. In the meantime, check out the third pic down here http://www.skullbrain.org/bb/viewtopic.php?t=406 to see some Retro Action Heroes.

Yes, thats him Skylar! Well spotted from my pathetic description :). What a cool figure. I think Medicom created RAH220 in deference to Shonen Cyborg (Young Cyborg), who also had a whole load of accessories and costumes like his older sibling Henshin Cyborg.

RAH220 come in great boxes too, and the Kamen Rider/Shocker/Deatthtron series have great illustrations on them.

So, some photo interest - now I have to get my (real fan) shit together. I'll try ......

As long as these are better than earlier Medicom ones.

I recently got my Kikaida out of storage and his whole costume was peeling and rotted. So lame! :x

PK,

Are you sure it wasn't where you were storing it? Damp basement? Hot attic? That will break down stuff faster then you can say...... whatever it is you say....

Now - self promotion time - I have a bunch of the Kamen Rider 220's for sale on my website right now (and have had). I also have a bunch n my office. They rock. Not as cool as the 12" but very detailed and poseable.

Mine did exactly that as well actually, and he wasn't stored he was on display. I think that is peculiar to that particular type of costumne, where it lloks like vinyl bonded to cloth...or something like that. As most of my toys aren't at hand, I can never check.

The RAH220 above has been displayed for years, and is still brand new looking! The Pushead Cocoboys and Cococrocs really wear well, as the outfits are injection moulded plastic, and regular cloth.

Still, Medicom has definite quality/longevity issues with some of their earlier stuff. My Balzac 12" paper bag man suffers from broken arms, much like others I have heard of. Both Ramos and I have broken hipped Mach Roids. All being said, the figures still rock, and my RAH220 seem sturdier than most!

SO go to Dr Tongue's and get 'em......and if anyone needs a COcoboy or Cococroc, I might know where a couple are up for grabs :)

Yes, It was stored in a warm dry garage.
Yet I had other toys from the 70's that were in fine shape.

Didn't they change the outfit to cloth eventually anyway?

I say "faster than cheapo-crapo"

Mine iook fine and out on display - I guess I am lucky. Both my Haikaider and Kaiaider outfits are undamaged. And mine is the all vinyl type.

Oh well - sorry your having melt down issues!
