Now if one adds to cart, does that take away from stock automatically? or until you receive payment?

Nope. They get the info right away as well. I just watch to make sure it all goes smooth. I need to warn them of cancel's too. They are in the middle of a 3-day recording session, so it might take a couple of days to get all the orders ready and shipped. But, they usually put in 18 hour days, so I don't think it will be much of a wait!

I was just made aware that the Skullbat in this set was not "squishy", like I said. It's regular soft vinyl like the other skullbat's.
If you got one of these and are pissed that it is not squishy... email me. Again, sorry about the confusion. That is part of the problem of having to do business on two different continents!!
