Post Sometimes,
I really hate drinking, it seems to get me nowhere in life. Does anyone feel like this sometimes?

I don't even understand drinking in excess. I didn't have my first alcoholic drink until I was 24, and had stopped again before I turned 25.

Its just a waste of money and a stupid thing to do to your body.

Stop drinking in excess years ago, why drop a grip of cash to feel like you have the flu.

A local watering hole charges about $1.75 for a glass of draft beer. But that's uncommonly cheap.

Is that $1.75 usd? Good price!

The club above my cinema usually has stints of $2AUD schooners, which is a decent amount of beer (425ml).

Yum now I want beer. Damn you Andy.

I hear the pointlessness of drinking to excess. But you know sometimes I just need to do it. I can go weeks without a drop, then suddenly after a rough day I just think l want to get drunk. Makes no real sense, but I feel better (if hung over) for it.

Drinking to the point of stumbling, mumbling, soiling your pants, and spitting up on you shoes, is just stupid behavior.

Enjoying some casual social drinking occasionally can be great.

The trick is knowing the difference.

That being said, tomorrow night I will be getting my swerve on watching the fight with a few beers.

I can have a good time drinking, but since I've been living alone, I haven't had a drink...don't want to get started drinking by myself in a dark corner.

I'm over the "drinking to excess" thing. Now, I can go out and have a few really good beers, get a little buzz, and it's all good. Can't beat a good hefeweizen or pale ale...

I rarely drink. But when my girlfriend wants to go out dancing, I need a little help from my friend alcohol.
