Comic Con NYC Feb 2007....worth the hassle?
I've never been to ComicCon before - is it worth dealing with the crowds & high admission price? Does anyone know if there will even be a decent amount of vinyl & kaiju at this event or is it mostly generic toys and comics?
I've been to a few conventions at the Javits before, and it has always been a bit of a letdown so I'm wondering, NYCC....worth the hassle? I've heard that SDCC is great, but NYC is a different monster entirely. Post your opinions and/or any info you have on this years NYCC! Give a shout if you're planning on going!

I will be there on Friday. Look out for a fat white guy, with glasses and a goatee wearing a Max Toy Co black t-shirt and a camo baseball hat with Maine written in orange on the front .
There was some vinyl there last year, but was mostly Comic stuff. But I still had a good time. Toy Tokyo brought most of their store to display. The Adfunture guys had a nice booth. Wasn't much if any Kaiju. But hopefully that will change.
This is only the second year and it's already getting the biggest room in the Javits. It would definitely be better if it wasn't separated from the Toy Fair by only a few days though! A lot of companies will probably never come to NYCC because of that fact.
