 japanese soft drinks I'm a big fan of soft drinks in general, probably due to fact that I'm a nerd that doesn't drink alcohol. So of course I had a great time trying new ones in japan..
my favorites.. C.C. Lemon and thorpedo. for those who haven't had the pleasure..CC lemon is basically just a lemon soft drink (not even sure if its exclusive to jp). Thorpedo is a sports drink ala gator-ade based off a american swimmer. I'm sure some of you have some good picks..bubble-man 2 ? pocari sweat?

the great thorpedo is an aussie... i started cracking up when i saw that. i also found it funny seeing tommy lee jones everywhere i saw a coffee vending machine

CC Lemon always helped me rebound when I thought I was coming down with bird flu, but my staple is plain old green tea. Just love the flavor of it.
The last time I was there there was a hot drink, like a royal jelly type thing with lemon? It was amazing, and perfect for a freezing day.

I forgot about that melon soda that mainly a fountain drink. its bright bright green. cant remember the name.

Checked it out in the convenience store:
Twice as much alcohol as beer and HALF the price!
I've been shitfaced pretty much constantly ever since ...

i miss setting up shop next to a vending machine and drinking asahi for a couple of hours at like 2 in the morning...sadly it happened more than once...haha

I love the coffee you get in a can, so much fun.
Also, those little medicine glass bottle style energy drinks which hop you up with too much caffeine and stuff, love them
