Wonder how the mixing was done? I'd always thought that mixing different colored vinyl was technically unfeasible. There's plenty of really cool toys that would look great with a color mix like that.

The vinyl comes in pellet form, so I would imagine it's just a matter of putting two different types of pellets into the mold at the same time.
That's how they make two color rotocast Kayaks.
I think the trick must be in keeping the colors from mixing too much and ruining the effect.

yeah I used to work at a plastic injection molded car parts factory and the plastic came in these huge boxes, in little pellets, that were put into these big silos, then fed straight to the press where the plastic was heated up and then pressed in the mold. pretty interesting but I didn't actually get to work on the press, I worked in the wharehouse.

TT has the pumkins for all of us uncoolys. They had the Orange yesterday, I snagged one, but I don't think they have it anymore.
UPDATE: Just got my orange Pumpkin in, OMG These are awesome! The darker orange vinyl is like clear and the lighter orang is solid and when you hold it up to the light it looks like the solid orange are it's guts inside of it. It's really awesome, and bigger than I expected. Now I wanna get the pink Skull Zombi too, real vivid.
