Okay, how about "It sure seems suggestive of a bong to me".
Does the actual drink come in bottles that look like that?
The character is a melting, monster hipster ala Weirdo holding a "bottle". Some sort of skull-shaped smoke substance is coming out of the "bottle".
I don't know...
