maybe you should pay someone to bootleg some more toys and sell them on ebay. It's all about the $$$ right? Get to it.

i'm sensing some hostility. are you mad at me?
i've never sold anything purchased off this board on eBay. As for the customs, I don't plan on selling those either.
maybe I should....$400 is a lot of scrilla. It would pay for more rare RxH to be customized.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think there is a "LOSER" here buying up shit from "us" and selling it for much higher prices on ebay. That is so RFSO.
So maybe Pogue is a little upset that something like that is going on??
If it is.....can you blame him????????????????

I was contemplating selling something I decided I didn't like that I purchased last year. Is there a form I need to fill out or someones approval I need before I put the stuff on ebay?

example: locomoto566 just sold his deatha set for $120. Wouldn't it be a little shitty if the buyer listed it on ebay the day he gets them in the mail??
That is a great RFSO price for the set and for someone to take it from here just to profit seems shitty. I could be wrong and Pogue just said fuck the list for other reasons.
edit: not that the buyer will sell the set it was just my example.

yes, but I bet Kurt is only going to sell the set to someone he knows and trusts won't flip on eBay.

Okay, but Kurt isn't the only person selling on this board. So the next guy that gets what he's asking only to see it up on ebay the next day............................I'm just saying.

Mark don't waste your breath. You are talking to a guy who thinks its ok to make bootlegs and has defended people who shill bid and flip toys for profit. Who gives a fuck what he says.

There are people here I won't sell to for that reason. I wouldn't buy from those people either I couldn't contribute to or condone that type of behavior. What other people do is thier business, but to prey on the kindness of the "community" for profit (other than scoring a kick ass toy) is just plain shitty. Seriously if somebody hooks me up here and I decide I no longer want it, I give the board first dibs a a fair price, not highest bidder.

The toys we all love here on the RFSO board are usually low in numbers and not inexpensive to begin with. If everyone rolls over and just accepts flipping as 'just the way it is', there will be a migration onto this board of people just out to make a buck off of everyone (just look at what happened to the KR board). Given that many of the toys we like are only released in such low numbers, it doesn't take many flippers to fuck it up for all of us. Some people may find some of the comments by others on this board a little heavy handed, but I think the intent is to abruptly stop any behavior that will sink this board for people here who want to collect & trade and aren't here to build up hype and then bleed others.
