I'm glad I have the habit of scanning my junk folder before I dump it. It was right there mixed up with an e-mail from some hot Asian teen who wanted to do unmentional things with me and more importantly an e-mail from a guy in Africa who needed my bank account number to wire me $10 million. It was a good week.

Please don't mis-interpret the closing for now of the FC. When we conceived and began ordering the FC items quite a long time ago, we came up with a production number that we felt would still be special, yet not be everywhere. This was based on previous subscriber exclusive sales and the growth of the market at that moment. We could only offer that many slots in the FC, as that was how many products would be available. Even in the last 6 months+ the interest has grown much larger. I was surprised that the FC filled up just with subscribers, and more than a few longtime supporters did not get in for that reason. Suffice to say, we are working on new FC items and trying to find the fine line between keeping it special, and flooding the streets with it. Later in the year we will open the FC up for new members as soon as we can make sure we have product to give them. Don't worry, the opportunity to join will happen soon enough. I hope that helps.

I have no point?
Quote: Not only does Super7 make the best magazine (Hey, we’re not biased.), we also create droves of exclusive toys that are available via our store in San Francisco and online. Whether collaborating with friends by recoloring their toys, or designing our own original pieces from scratch, we make these toys with nothin’ but love. Subscribers to the magazine are offered special figures that are unavailable to the general public, so it pays to subscribe in more ways than one. Check out our list of present and past exclusives and keep stopping back to discover when our next toy release will drop. Enjoy! Quote: We hope the new and improved Super7 exceeds your expectations. Every issue of Super7 is jam-packed with info on vintage toys and designer figures from around the world. As you know, subscribers have exclusive access to special toy offers, art prints and t-shirts. The magazine subscription rate was $30 per year, and the price for two issues/books (one year) of the Super7 mook is $45.
It says it all right there in black and white. Subscribers receive access to subscriber exclusives. And the obvious implication is that subscriber exclusives will be released throughout the course of the entire subscription. That goes without saying. What if someone subscribed a few weeks ago (and then did not get into the fan club)? The person would receive little to no access to subscriber exclusives. The end of Super7 subscriber exclusives isn't the end of the world, but I have every right to feel disappointed.
Now, I'm done (hopefully). Have fun trying to spin the facts.

It seems that most of the past S7 exclusives have not been subscriber only. Admittedly, there have been a few special colorways -like the glow/green giant godzilla was an S7 exclusive but the glow/blue was for subscribers only.
But I've gotten most of my S7 exclusives by being on the phone or internet at opening time on certain Saturdays, not by being a subscriber. Others are lucky enough to attend shows and get convention specials. Some can actually walk into the S7 store on special Saturdays and holidays and buy them. I predict there will be lots of opportunity besides the FC to buy S7 exclusives.
Anyway, if Ramos offered FC membership to all subscribers by email and then took applications as they came in then it was handled just as fairly as any toy release.

Watch out, you might confuse someone on this thread by using what is known as "common sense".

Oh, why let something as trivial as common sense get in the way of an unabashed rules lawyer who gets more enjoyment out of pointing out ticky-tack things instead of enjoying toys?

Be Nice! Without GB this place would be overrun with Nits.
Now with a few drops of this amazing elixir you can be like GhostBuster too!

Except it WASN'T a toy release, and now there will be no more subscriber exclusives. Also, whether the Fan Club registration "was handled just as fairly as any toy release" is arguable. Super7 usually posts announcements prior to the release of S7 exclusive figures. I didn't hear anything about a Fan Club until this weekend.
Super7 used the subscriber exclusives as a selling point for the subscription, and now subscriber exclusives have been completely dropped. I'm disappointed, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm just the only one willing to deal with all of the S7 toadies on this forum. I like Super7, but I'm not going to blindly support every move the company makes.

We already know you only support something when it plays in your favor.
Didn't you say you were done talking about this?

If being a sniveling cunt is your way of dealing with us toadies then your doing a great job. Get the fuck over yourself and your self righteous bullshit.

It was an e-mail that was sent out to subscribers, as ALL of the subscribers exclusives have been. Again, if you didn't read it, it might have been your fault. Ever think of that possiblility? Probably not, you might hurt yourself if you do. You are, again, still crying that you didn't get in. So it must be S7's and Ramos's fault...
You didn't get into the FC...too bad, so sad, bye bye.
