I think it's a typo. It's probably Maury Povich, you know Connie Chung's husband?

On the comic he spelled it Morry so I've been using that.

BUT you mean MOREY Amsterdam....He ruled!!! as "Cappy" from Beach Party!(1963) Anyone seen this flick...Its full of Killer pre-Hippy 60's CA tunes..you know Dick Dale & The Del-Tones ..Frankie Avalon...I know... but these are some of the best Frankie tunes ever...not the Cheese! Go-Go dancers to boot! And correct me if I am wrong.... the 1st on-screen drag off a J since the 30's propaganda flicks.He is buried near my Grandfather Buenaventura in Hollywood Hills. R.I.P.

The dude in the throne looks very, very Dragon Ball-ish. He appears to be someone from the Namek race (think Piccolo).
If it's not, then I would wager that it is definitely a character designed by Akira Toriyama with a striking resemblance.

I'm not at all sure how much he's going for at the show...my cost, after shipping, is probably gonna be around $110-$115.
I think he's upwards of 13" tall.
