Yep it is.
I can't believe the ebay auction hasn't sold yet. At least to get someone to customize it.

I see you already did Congrats! Much lower than retail and US shipping.

well... i bought one by accident
before my i'm broke sale, i put a 50 dollar bid on this guy -- and i ended up winning it for 40 bucks. i really didnt think that would happen
bittersweet i guess
the shipping is 15 bucks from japan which may be what stopped some bidding

NICE! Great score man, even after $15 shipping, $55 is a killer price.

Most under appreciated hedoran. One of my favorite classic colorways. I don't understand why there is no love for this one.

I just got that figure last week and I was lucky that no other bidders stepped in. It was indeed a great price and I really dig the colorway. Worth every penny.

Great old school colorway fer sure, but for some reason many people don't like it. One board member recently referred to that colorway derisively as "hippie rasta rave colors."
If you're referring to the auctioneer I think you are, that's Kaiju Taro's eBay identity. For some reason their auctions frequently end with no bids despite the fact that the figures (and postage) are usually less than when ordering from the K-T store. They seem to be using eBay for good figures that aren't moving from the web store.

I like what they did with the colors, but I'm just not totally in love with the sculpt. $55 is worth seeing it in person, though!

I had no idea that was K-T. No wonder that seller has sold about 6 of those figures.
