Dunno the story for this mutant head, I won it in an auction on YJA, it came without a header but just a zip-lock bag like the ordinary releases have ( without staple holes ).
I don't know if this was ever filled with BBs, would seem strange to sell without

The mutant really looks invisible in this setting, in a sort of Predator way.

the clear head, bigaro, and clear purple evil were all mail order releases from 05'.
