amazing! and again: you just covered another's desktop, too! Should look great across two screens!
the ONLY thing that would make this even better is if you were to have an identical photo with the lights on then take that photo and run it for about 5-7 frames in a movie, followed by this one in the same amount of frames, export as gif and set to loop and you have a flickering photo delight!
do you have an identical photo of this lights on? would you sendit to me?

Having futzed with creating just such an effect before, I can tell you that:
the file size would be prohibitively large
or
image quality would be prohibitively low
or
the image itself would have to be prohibitively small
at least as a gif.
