Sweet, my first Garg fight figure. I'm sure it will be one of FEW in my collection, but as far as the Deaths go, this seems to be the best. The black is always classic, and I'm not so hot on the brown. But clear blood red, how's that not the coolest?

Shipping notice received. Looks like I made the cut. I figured there was no way in hell I would get home in time to get this, pleasantly surprised for once.

OH Thank you KAIJU gods!!! I got the last one at the store today! I ran straight for 30 minutes to the store from my work after work! And I got to say, it was absolutely worth it. This Napalm Death fig is one bad ass mofo. He's the meanest figure I've seen in a long time! He's got some crazy action going on the back of his head. The only thing that surprise me is how soft this figure is, it's very squishy. I imagine it to be as squishy as the mini CP zag from the photos I've seen here on RFSO. OK now that this is done, hopefully I can save up for some SDCC spending!

Those were all one-offs on display at the Thrashout store. Would be sweet if they would make that a retail Gargadeath but no plans at this time. Heres a pict of the first one and the Ning.

For any of you guys that didn't know, Baikin is who hooked up Shane Embury from Napalm Death with Gargamel years ago....so really, we have Baikin to thank for Gargadeath!!!
email from Shane:
I have spent a lot of time in tokyo over the past few years and in doing so met a guy called Dennis who, like me was totally into toys and Old school Hardcore punk etc,we became great friends. He introduced me to they guys at gargamel who are big fan of Napalm Death and we started talking about doing a figure together.Itseemed a crazy idea at the time but something that for me was very exciting.

Thanks for hooking them up, Baikin.
I've thought about this before: how there are so many people/events that bring others together to make new shit happen and barely anyone knows about it. Even concepts like other collectors introducing their interests to their friends which leads into more collecting or even new creations. So much stuff can happen in the background.
I love it.

I have one other thing to thank Baikin for! He is truly RFSO!
But the fact that he was the person to broker the gargadeaths for our consumption is really awesome.
Thanks B!

I never heard anything about Balkin hooking up the Napalm Death / Gargamel connection before.
Thats so freakin cool !!! Without that connection we would have most likely never seen ..to quote HMS "The Fiercest of All Fight Figures" !!!GARGADEATH!!!
Funny how things work, thanks Balkin !!!
Toybot too for sharing that with us that didnt know.

FINALLY! GAWD I had to wait like....3 days!
Got it. As my first Gargamel Fight figure, I love it. I thought they'd be a tad larger, like RxH size, but still amazing. The pearl-esque silver spray on this one is what really impresses me in person. It also looks like it's going to murder than have it's way with all my other toys!
