Don't think theres any good vinyl stores unless anything opened recently, bannedindc could likely give you confirmation.
Maybe Blues Alley for Jazz clubs (not my thing really).
DC has cornered the market on corrupt and incompetent leadership and there's lots of expensive call girls but no vinyl toy stores of the type you're looking for that I'm aware of.
Edit: If I'm wrong on the vinyl toy store thing please point it out here because it'd be great to find out I'm missing something.

Nothing in DC for vinyl. Booo
No idea about live jazz. Krudler was right about blues alley. id also say check out the Citypaper, they have a regular jazz section in there.
But if youre looking for Jazz vinyl try orpheus records in arlington!

lemme know your restaurant tastes and I can make recommendations.

If meat isn't an option maybe Indian food? You like spicy food or what?

yah if you like indian you should check out Rasika. I think a reservation might be required and a tad on the expensive side but definitely worth it. You could also get a great vege-pizza @ 2Amy's (arguably best pizza in the city) in NW D.C. .. I'm not vegetarian so I don't know any vege-specific type places.
