It's at a pizza joint up in Seattle in the Georgetown area - forget the name of the place.
I couldn't stop staring at it...had to get my wife's camera out and snap a shot!
Does your friend wanna get rid of his (if he still has it)?

About the size of a playground toy that kids ride on!
I THINK it's one of those things that are connected to the ground by a spring that you rock back and forth on. Though it may be a carosel "horse". Doc - can you shed some light?

oh, from the picture (no imagination, or maybe too much) I thought the handles where for hands and you swing from it, not sit on it. But still something I would like to see in person...

I think it is one of those put a quater in and ride it - like a pony ride. That's what it looks like to me.
