i love usugrow and when he said he was working with SB on a toy i was excited. i think the head is awesome. the body is pretty cool as well. i t has a madtoyz feel to it. i guess overall i'm not floored but i'm not disappointed either.

Dammit, the body is looking worse and worse...
But you can't really do Usugrow's work justice on a 3D figure - the use of pointalism for shading/depth is such an identifying part of his work, and it just can't be translated off paper.

It's definitely different. I like the head, there's a lot of personality in the face (such as it is...). I dig crossed pen and brush, too.

i totally agree on the madtoyz similarity. i'm not much on the skull stuff anymore, but this figure is pretty sweet.
